About Us
Global Infrastructure is a Telecom Construction Company located in Houston, Texas that specializes in the installation of underground fiber optic cable and Cell Tower Work. Globals ownership and many of the top employees have decades of experience in the Telecom Construction industry. Global has many longstanding relationships with key players in the telecom industry. Our end customers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Google Fiber and many more. Over the years the our management and ownership have built thousands of sites and installed thousands of miles of underground fiber optic cable. We’ve worked in every major city in Texas including San Antonio, Houston, Austin and Dallas.
David Romain
Chief Operating Officer
David Romain began his construction career in 1993 with his father’s company, later earning a business degree from the University of Southern Indiana. He moved from building homes to telecom, working on tower construction and wireless infrastructure. After managing large projects for American Tower and Nokia in Texas, he grew his company to over 200 employees before selling it. In 2022, he founded Global Infrastructure Technologies, which focuses on telecom construction, fiber installation, and EV charging stations, where he now serves as President.
